Important Notice: System Capabilities & Streaming App Compatibility (DRM)

1. Our Technical Advantages: Optimized AOSP & Widevine L2Unlike generic, unoptimized Android devices that only support basic software-level decoding (Widevine L3), this device operates on a custom-engineered, independent Android Open Source Project (AOSP) system equipped with Widevine L2 DRM.

• We provide a highly stable, bloatware-free environment optimized for maximum hardware performance.

• It excels in local media playback, high-bitrate hardware decoding, and network screen mirroring, offering a superior and pure underlying OS experience compared to standard AOSP builds.

2. Third-Party Streaming Limitations (DRM)However, due to the strict proprietary Digital Rights Management (DRM) policies enforced by major commercial streaming platforms (e.g., Netflix, Disney+, Kayo Sports, 7plus), third-party applications may deploy automated restrictions. These may include:

• Limiting video playback resolution to Standard Definition (SD).

• Displaying "Unsupported Device" errors or blocking app functionality.

3. Our Commitment & Maintenance CycleWe make every effort to maintain the compatibility of major streaming applications through technical support. However, because third-party DRM protocols and server-side policies are entirely beyond our control, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access or full functionality for these services.

Furthermore, in the event of a service disruption caused by a third-party policy update, developing a system patch may require a maintenance cycle of up to 3 months. In certain circumstances, due to the closed nature of commercial DRM, restoring access may be technically impossible.

4. Return Policy: Software IncompatibilityApp lockouts, resolution limits, or permanent loss of compatibility caused by third-party updates are dictated solely by the software providers' copyright protection mechanisms. They do not indicate a hardware defect or negate the device's core system capabilities.

Therefore, any return requests arising from the inability to use specific third-party applications, or dissatisfaction with DRM-imposed resolution limits, will be strictly processed under our Change of Mind return policy. Such returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, subject to our standard change of mind terms (e.g., the item must be in its original packaging and resalable condition). They will not be accepted or processed as a faulty product claim.
