How to use:

Gently shake the bottle to blend the oils. Spritz 1-2 pumps into the air to cleanse your space and connect back to yourself.

Before bedtime, apply to your pillow, pyjamas, or a child's comforter, allowing 5 minutes for the aroma to settle.
