This is your crossover rope! Whether it's crossover singles or doubles, the added weight and aerodynamics of the cable creates an effortless revolution - much easier than your traditional speed cable.

Additionally, this rope has longer handles to give you that extra width needed for crossing over. 

The rope comes with bushings that are placed in the handles, which allow the rope to turn freely and not wind up. The rope can be sized by tying a knot into the cord without damaging the line - knots are cool.
